The Gatineau-Ottawa Executive Airport (GOEA) mainly serves western Quebec and the National Capital Region, while also providing a gateway to northern and eastern Ontario. OCTANT Aviation supported GOEA in structuring its investment and development projects (identifying target markets, identifying partners, risk analysis, completing the financial package, defining project timetable and management methods) and in drafting applications to the various funding programs made available by the provincial (PAQIAR, RRRF) and federal (CED) governments.
