In the fall of 2019, the MTQ awarded OCTANT Aviation the audit of the Safety Management Systems of its 13 aerodromes – 11 of which are certified airports. Several of the audited airports serve small remote communities. The mandate initially consisted in a full and exhaustive audit of two airports. The second part of the mandate consisted in auditing the MTQ’s central Safety Management System.
